Flexi hire starts from 28 days (one month) and runs on a rolling agreement — renew it for as long as you need the vehicle. Where you're able to commit to a longer term, we can usually offer a better monthly rate — just ask when you enquire.
Yes — on 3-month and 6+ month terms we'll work with you on a vehicle swap if your needs change. Pricing may be re-checked, but there's no penalty fee for switching to a smaller or larger vehicle. Just give us reasonable notice.
Our standard allowance is 2,000 to 3,000 miles a month depending on term length. If your typical use is heavier than that, we'll size the allowance to match — and the agreed rate stays the same regardless of how the miles fall across any given month. No surprise overage fees.
We are. Routine servicing, MOTs, tyres, brakes and roadside cover are all included in the monthly figure (provided agreed mileage limits are adhered to). Insurance is not included on flexi hire — you arrange your own. We'll arrange and collect for service slots so you're not tied up with logistics. The customer is responsible for fuel and AdBlue, plus any damage that falls outside fair wear and tear.
Yes — we cover brakes and tyres, as long as the mileage limits are adhered to. If you go significantly above the agreed allowance and the tyres wear faster than expected, we'll have a conversation — but routine wear is on us.
