Our larger minibuses are available for commercial and group use only — schools, charities, sports clubs, community groups, and registered businesses. We don't hire larger minibuses for private/personal use. If you need a passenger vehicle for personal use, please see our MPVs instead.
All our minibuses are based on Mercedes Sprinter or Ford Transit chassis with full passenger conversions, three-point seatbelts, and emergency exits. Driver licence requirements are noted on each variant.

If your group fits in 9 seats and you only have a standard car licence, the 9-seat minibus is the easy answer. For 10–17 passengers — sports teams, school trips, weddings, corporate tours — pick the smallest variant that comfortably fits your group plus luggage. We don't recommend cramming.
For our 9-seat minibus, no — a standard UK Category B licence is fine. For 12, 15, and 17-seat minibuses, the driver needs D1 entitlement. Drivers who passed their test before 1 January 1997 may have D1 automatically — check your licence's entitlements (back of card).
Bring your full UK driving licence showing the appropriate D1 entitlement (for 12+ seats), a second form of ID (passport or recent bank statement), and two recent proofs of address (dated within 90 days). We'll run a DVLA licence check on arrival to confirm your D1 status before handing over keys.
